I’m Faisal Mahmood, and while I come from a tech and computer science background, I promise I’m not your typical geek!

In 2003, I co-founded Medialogix, a software company specialising in helping organizations better manage their media content—images, videos, audio files, and more. Our clients are primarily in the public sector (police, NHS), government (including the military), and large corporations like the Financial Times.

Many of our clients have been with us since the early 2000s, and our subscription-based model has helped us establish a long-term partnership approach. While most clients are based in the UK, we also serve organizations in Ireland, France, and Italy.

Recently, I’ve been expanding my focus to support SMEs, having worked with a care home group and other businesses that need to manage their media or marketing content. If your business has a marketing or PR department—or produces and sells products—there’s a good chance we can help.

Since 2017, I’ve also been involved in property investment, which started as a background project but has recently taken centre stage. In 2024 I’ve launched two property businesses and an investment company giving this area a much sharper focus.

My current focus is scaling from a 7-figure to an 8-figure turnover across all my businesses, with an even greater emphasis on increasing net profit. After all, as the saying goes, ‘Turnover is vanity, profit is sanity’!

Outside of business, I’ve been actively involved in the local community in Peterborough since 2009, working with charities and community groups. I even co-founded a non-profit community radio station in Peterborough, where I still volunteer, offering opportunities for local businesses to advertise and for teenagers to gain work experience and learn transferable skills.

Currently, I’m also building my personal brand with a podcast on the way. I’m passionate about mentoring, coaching, and joint ventures, helping others achieve their goals while building multiple streams of business income.

Outside of work, I make it a priority to stay active by going to the gym regularly, enjoying luxury holidays, and spending quality time with my family — the perfect balance to keep me energised and focused

What I’m most passionate about, though, is networking and connecting people. Over the last three years, I’ve experienced the power of collaboration and have seen how the right connections, mindset shifts, and expert insights can help businesses scale faster.
